Truthful communication is the cornerstone of a good relationship. There are people, nice smart people who have picked pretty well and who love each other, but still don’t know how to speak their deep down truth to each other. They are still protecting themselves or the façade of who they thought they needed to be with their partners. Well, without full truth there is no intimacy and no growth. Truthful communication, not lovemaking or gossip sharing, or “being on each other’s team" is what makes for a truly loving and solid relationship.
Do you communicate truthfully to your partner? Is your partner aware of what you need? Are you aware of what your partner needs?
I teach couples how to communicate truthfully, and to express their needs in a loving way.
