Falling in love is easy. Scott Peck, who wrote The Road Less Travelled said that falling in love is like falling in a hole. You don’t know exactly what happened but you’re in it–and it feels great. So you get married. I think most people today understand that marriage isn’t always easy, but what they may not know is that there are ways to set the marriage up for success. I have a one month program which teaches couples how to speak and listen to each other; what to do with feelings of resentment; attraction to other people; how to choose friends they will be sharing their lives with, and how to avoid toxic people (including family members).

Fighting and Co-Dependency

Couples who are constantly fighting and/or who are co-dependent are not using skills that are available to them. These skills can be learned.
